Shipping & returns
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

UAE domestic shipping: 1-2 business days

GCC shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 2-4 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible swimwear within 14 days of delivery, and 30 days for other items.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and hygienic liners must be intact

Items must be returned in the original packaging
Note: Please try on swimwear over underwear. Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for 50% of return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
